New Boston Restaurant can be considered as the most famous restaurant that serves Lala and Mantis Prawn in Klang. Almost none of the Klang people don't know the existence of this restaurant. However I as a Klang people, this is the very first time I visited this restaurant because patience is really needed if you want to eat at here. For this visit, I have waited for around 1 hour and 45 mins for my food to be served. So I won't go for this restaurant if I am going for a simple dinner. The taste
The must ordered food here is their Oat Mantis Prawn 麦片虾羔 RM22.
The mantis prawn is very fresh and it's fried to very crispy yet maintaining the texture of the flesh. It's then fried with lots of oat and butter. It's somehow tastes like butter mantis prawn but replacing the egg floss with oat. It's really very fragrant and I even finished all the oats.Post
