The waitress mentioned that their vegetable, specifically the fern, is very fresh, hence urged us to try. I normally do not like paku as I find them a bit too green to my palate. However, the dish that arrived is very well done. No greenish taste at all. Instead, we got a plate of fresh, crunchy vegetables soaked in belacan shrimp paste. It was a bit spicy if just eaten by itself, hence with a bit of rice, it is very addictive.
