Pineapple Fried Rice
The pineapple fried rice is one of my nightmare. I remember seeing and hearing recommendation when it was newly open and since I had the chance, I try on it. To my surprise the standard drop apparently, with over salty and powdery taste all over the fried rice serves in half pineapple shell. It is stir fried with long bean, prawn, raisin and pineapple chunk with lots of turmeric, yes alot of turmeric which cause the taste to be powdery.

Beef Lasagne
The beef lasagne is layer upon layer of pasta for several level until filling up the entire serving bowl, and layer of cheese is cover on top of it before sending in to the oven to bake. Indeed the scent were good and it look delicious as well, but this is a disappointing dish for me because there were layer where pasta is too thick, and layer where it feels like it is under cook. It doesn't stop me and my friend to finish it, but they really need to seriously look into it and make amendment before this dish do more harm than good.

Cream Soup
I was quite disappointed with the cream soup here. The soup is in very very small portion especially when you order the set meal. The 'bowl' is small and the soup only served in half It taste just typical cream soup, nothing special, but if can i prefer the soup in more thicker and creamy... The price for the soup is very expensive because the portion is too small. Sometime, the soup is a bit salty.

Soup
Here got many delicious chinese style stir and fried dishes. This is soup served here which named as 咸菜豆腐海鲜汤. It is cooked with salty vege, toufu, mushroom and seafood. The portion is big and the ingredients used are fresh. The soup is tasted fresh and sweetness of the seafood but it is a bit salty. The soup is delicious, taste heavy but it is a bit oily that you can see very obviously which a thick layer on top of the soup.

Cheese & Bacon Baked With Potato
Kim Gary is a HongKong style restaurant serve traditional and special home made dishes. This is Cheese & Bacon Baked With Potato. There is lots of cheese and the taste is very strong. After the cheese baked, it melt and is quite balance on the potato. You can hardly taste the bacon because it cut in very small pieces and the taste is light. The potato is a bit hard but the taste is quite delicious after baked, smell good. Overall, you can only taste out the cheese and potato taste.
