Pineapple Fried RiceThe pineapple fried rice is one of my nightmare. I remember seeing and hearing recommendation when it was newly open and since I had the chance, I try on it. To my surprise the standard drop apparently, with over salty and powdery taste all over the fried rice serves in half pineapple shell. It is stir fried with long bean, prawn, raisin and pineapple chunk with lots of turmeric, yes alot of turmeric which cause the taste to be powdery.
