They have few types of cooking method for the chicken. One more is ayam megoreng. Fried chicken. Comes with half chicken and crackers, acar and rice too. This dish is serve on a banana leaf. It has a very close to nature feel. Chicken itself is soft and tender. The goreng doesn't seem like real fried chicken.

The ayam mepanggang rice here is one of my favourite. Imagine they give you half a chicken on your plate. The chicken taste very sweet. The meat is so soft. Then the sambal is sweet too. The huge portion here can actually share with 2 people, both also will feel full.

I like to come to ole ole bali and eat. Their portion is one of the few that really can fill up my stomach. Their nasi campur here has sate, prawn, calamari and chicken. Then got crackers, acar some more. So many things in a plate of rice. The prawn is fresh and they deep fried it. None of the food here is spicy. They are purely delicious.

One of the most complicated and longest waiting hour of dessert I've ever eaten before. The chef needs more than 10 minutes to prepare this, when the presentation isn't nice, I mean the souffle sank, the chef will redo and we need to wait for another 10 minutes. The vanilla taste is very sweet. You can smell the milk a like fragrance from it. I like this dessert quite a lot.

I seldom eat dessert. Really not that much and won't always cravings want for dessert. If give me choices, I will choose rice over dessert. But this cheese cake, is really one of the best I've eaten before. The cheese is so smooth. Unlike other cheese cake out there which is hard, the whole cake is soft. As if it will melt in your mouth.
