Hazelnut Latte OK Sep 27, 2013   (Related Review)

Hazelnut Latte

I have actually enjoys hazelnuts all this while, whether in terms of snacking or flavoured beverages. Thus, whenever I see this nutty aroma is available in the menu, most of the time, I shall go with it. In this case, would be the Hazelnut Latte from Big Apple. Frappuccino-styled coffee always remains my top pick, for I get to enjoy the milkiness amidst some creamy texture. It is smooth and the hazelnut flavor does blend in well with the blended coffee beans, just at times it might be overwhelmed by the coffee if done not proportionately.

Mini Doughnuts

After the company dinner at Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel ended quite early, a bunch of us decided to head down to the nearby mall for some cuppa. I guess it is one of the few late nights spent at Putrajaya after the previous International Hot Air Ballon Festival. And so, we kick off with some mini bites of doughnuts, since the tummy is not that hungry either lol The morsels of the soft dough is fluffy and nicely accompanied by the respectively various types of topping. You can taste from chocolaty till fruity types of flavours. They make a good light snack to be shared around the table and not too filling either, due to their petite sizes.

Yogurt OK Sep 27, 2013   (Related Review)

Yogurt

Just before our lunch is being kicked off with authentic Middle Eastern entrée, we are firstly tickled with the special condiments that are meant to be taken with the main course later. Since it hasn’t arrive yet, am tempted to take a few samples of the relishes, out of curiosity lol The bowl containing whitish gravy is actually made of fresh yogurt. It is expectedly piquant with the taste somehow closely resembles the fermented bean curd. Sourness is then taken to another level with the addition of diced fresh tomato cubes to help make the overall dish more appetizing. As for the reddish dipping, surprisingly, it is not that spicy but comes with adequately amount of spices that are best taken with the yogurt while enjoying the fragrant basmati rice. Yum!

Nawab Authentic Moghul Restaurant OK Sep 26, 2013

Nawab Authentic Moghul Restaurant

It has been nearly a year since I last visited Nawab Authentic Moghul Restaurant, that is conveniently located at one the enclaves of KL Golden Triangle, Chulan Square. Interior décor is of urban chic, blending in with some Indian cultural embellishment. The environment is still cozy and exudes a comfortable ambience that ease you when you come over for a quick grab. While waiting for our order to be delivered, we have a sip of the mango juice that is part of the lunch set. The beverage juice does taste fruity but definitely not those freshly pressed, for I taste it is a bit sweet, of those syrup-like. But luckily, the crew has earlier pass us a glass of water, as if it is expected lol

Quarter Grilled Chicken with Coleslaw with Fries

Apart from the man fancy sides, you could also go safely and stick with the conventional choice, that is to pair Coleslaw and the yummy French fries, with you succulent and juicy Quarter Grilled Chicken by Nando’s. For those who like it a little hotter, you can top it with some Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce for extra oomph. This particular sauce is a blend of Serrano chillies, PERi-PERi (African Birds Eye Chilli) and some spicy splashes of Garlic, intimidating but addictive lol
