Well, for many of us who have been savoring this Penang-made famous dessert, one might not get too appealed for this treat, hehe. Just merely from the presentation is also not reflecting the bowl of a decent cendol, not to mention about any additional garnishment. Basically, it is full of coarsely blended ice, but still, there are some greenish stripy flour buried underneath. Milk and brown sugar are still added, but somehow, still doesn’t rise up to par like those have at hawker stall back in Penang . Anyway, it still makes a good thirst-quencher during an excruciating hot day
