Restaurant Shin is located in the heart of KL standing strong in one of the well known mall, Sungai Wang. With over 10 years of experience I assume the dish comes with quality and so I ordered the Ramen Bulgogi, which is nice according to my liking. There are a generous amount of ingredient (mostly vegetable) whereby the soup is aromatic and appetizing. The strange part for me is the ramen which to me have the texture and taste of the instant noodle. But I seriously enjoy this even though the overall portion doesn't fill me up.

The special ice blended is indeed refreshing and with so many flavour to choose from, it is always a heartache that you can only choose one. The one on the left is vanila + kiwi fruit + yogurt magic ball while the right one is peppermint + chocolate topped with chocolate syrup. They are both equally nice and refreshing with creamy and rich texture. It is chilling and pampering to gulp a rich and flavourful cup of special ice blended after a heavy meal at fullhouse

The oven roasted chicken chop consist of thigh chicken meat shower with mushroom gravy placed on top of mash potato and serves with vegetable of the day. The chicken chop is slightly stiff in my opinion and it would be perfect if the meat is more succulent. Sauce was flavourful and the chicken is well marinated resulting in a great scent when serves. Do look out for fullhouse set promotion for a better deal that worth every ringgit you spent.

Ramen is the next famous food among Japanese restaurant after sushi and what's better than a hot aromatic bowl of ramen to satisfy the crave. The Gyu Shogayaki Ramen consist of smooth texture ramen cooked well with meat and vegetable in a bowl of hot soup. To my surprise, the clear soup may look plain but it is very flavourful and aromatic. Sip after sip I tend to finish the soup even before I finish everything else. The should might be slightly oily but trust me, one you sip, you'll never wanna stop.

I always believe that you can judge a restaurant whether it is worth dining with its dishes from a simple and classic dish of spaghetti / pasta. The spaghetti bolognese with seafood is a dish I would easily consider worth going after in Alexis. The spaghetti is cook timely and not too hard or soggy, covered by bolognese sauce where it is not too sour and carry a light sweetness in it. The seafood that come with it is indeed fresh and not over / under cook. It is only sad that when I finish the spaghetti I was still craving for more.
