Refreshing Drinks OK Jun 30, 2012   (Related Review)

How does a lighted up drink sound to you? Geeky? Well to me it is more of a kids attraction, but it was being serves here at Bubba Gump

Lemon-up (left) & Jenny's favourite (right) are both equally refreshing and unique in its own. The Lemon-up is made of frozen lemon drinks minus the sourness while Jenny's favourite is made of strawberry, cranberry juice, and non-fat raspberry frozen yogurt. It felt just nice chilling down with these icy and not overly sweet nor sour drink especially after a heavy and heaty meal.

The dish is made from Fish steak dipped in chili's non-alcoholic tequila-lime marinade, grilled & topped with garlic-lime butter. Served with rice & seasonal veggies. The fish was cook and serves timely and the meat was sweet and fresh, and sour from the sauce that it was grilled along with. The side dish was however salty but edible with the fragrant rice. It wasn't a bad this but I personally don't quite fancy about it.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich OK Jun 30, 2012

The Grilled Chicken Sandwich form from a marinated grilled chicken, beef bacon, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and honey-mustard dressing, stuff between soft and mild sweet bun. The Chicken meat was a little dry, but with all the dressing and melted cheese, it tend to cover up the one and only drawback of this dish. Portion was big for a burger and it is sinful but filling at the end of the day.

Mojo Chicken OK Jun 30, 2012

The chicken breast meat is seasoned and grilled with Tony Roma's citrus and brown mustard Mojo sauce, topped with house made pineapple salsa and served with rice pilaf and a fresh vegetable.

The chicken meat was somewhat dry and rough, but it was flavourful and tasty with the speciality sauce. It was refreshing with all the salsa too. Mojo Chicken is huge in portion and it will definitely fill your stomach while empty your wallet.

Sushi OK Jun 30, 2012   (Related Review)

One of the main food that complete a Japanese Restaurant is the sushi. Likewise Tao do provide a range of sushi to choose from from assorted flavour and after trying most of it, I have to say I've tasted better one elsewhere. No doubt the sushi here were freshly made whenever low in stock, the ingredient were fresh too. The only thing missing (to me) has to be the flavour. Most of it were rather light in flavour thus making it slightly less tasty as it should.
