Pre-Tea Q  (Ulu Tiram)

This is a great place for chit-chatting with a pearl milk on hand. The pearl milk is quite OK, the signature Pre-Q yam milk tea is okok only also (hopefully is because I am quite unlucky to have that). I can feel the powder when drinking, which is mark-deducting. The jelly ice is also okok only. What i like the most is still the surrounding. The interior and exterior designs are laudable.
