This cake is the tuxedo chocolate cake. This tuxedo cake is also really very rich in chocolate. I bet there are a layer of cheese too in the middle.

Lou Fo Tong (Daily soup)
This dish is the “Sai Yong Choi” soup. The soup available might differ everyday. They cooked the soup in each pot separately. The soup served was very hot and tasted like the soup was cooked for quite a long time which Chinese says “gao fo hao” .

Salad Fish
This dish is the salad fish. The fish was crispy on the outer layer and the flesh was soft. The mayonnaise used was nice and aromatic because they added some sesame on the top too.

This dish is the toast and chocolate fondue. THe chocolate I ordered was the dark chocolate so that it will be less sweet. The toast was decorated like a cake. And they taste delicious too.
