sour & spicy vege Smile Sep 19, 2013   (Related Review)

In stead of just having bah kut teh only actually you can order dishes like this one, sour and spicy vegetables which is one of my favorite.

Normally people would not like this dish because this dish were normally cooked with left overs but this dishes were a nice choice as the taste of sour and spicy could be a good opening dish.

As for this dish, the taste of sour were strong but to me it is not spicy enough, if they could add more dry chilli to cook it, it would taste better.

If i were to rate this dish i would give 8/10

minced meat spahetti Smile Sep 19, 2013

Spaghetti would be one of my choice when i come to in house for dinner, they have varieties of spaghetti here, today i chooses this minced meat spaghetti which is more asian style - as spaghetti is actually a french food.

Like usual spaghetti mee were cooked too soft however i like the sauce or the minced meat sauce, i'm not so sure how they cook it but there is garlic, minced meat, and i think the use soy sauce as seasoning.

If i were to rate this i would give 9/10

Apam balik Smile Sep 17, 2013

apam balik is one of our local snack where most of us would like to eat it as snack or tea break. the most traditional one is only with corn and sugar but now people were very good in changing the flavor, here i ordered two corn, two chocolate and two kaya flavor.

We start eating it while it was still hot that is why it is still crispy, i does not like the chocolate because it is too sweet. and the one that i like the most is the original one - corn and sugar.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

Something i seldom find it at else where, normally at other restaurant the most common dishes will be bbq pork chop, mushroom sauce or tomato sauce but this one is Vietnamese chicken chop with rice.

To me the taste were almost similar like bbq sauce but a bit more sweeter and they did put on some sesame seed on it. This dish were came along with some side dishes like corn, and mashed potato.

If i were to rate this i would probably give 9/10

Asam sotong Smile Sep 15, 2013   (Related Review)

When this dish were served it look so spicy - as there is some children with us we were worried that they can not eat it. maybe they put in too many yellow ginger that is why it looks so yellowish red, but actually does not taste too spicy at all, they do as in some asam sauce this is why it tasted abit sour, quite good as an opening dish.

This dish were included of sotong and some vegetables, as for the vegetable we was told that it were grown by their own not taken from any third party.

if i were to rate this i would give 9/10
