Dai Ban Noodle not just noodles, but many of the rest of the noodles as well as rice and burgers. They take pride in the fresh ingredients and the preparation of the ingredients and dishes.

If you ever decided to drop by Dai Ban Noodles Restaurant to dine, do remember to order a plate of smoked duck (cost around RM9.00). The duck was smoked to perfection and seasoning was done just right. Some smoked duck tends to be too salty but this one definitely have no such issue. lol

Dai Ban Noodles  OK Sep 18, 2013   (Related Review)

Love to eat their Traditional Handmade Dai Ban Mee which cost around RM 7.00.

When it comes to traditional Pan Mee, Dai Ban Noodles has definitely nailed it right. The ingredients used to prepare the soup base is definitely one of the closest to the traditional flavour and it is quite good as well. The usage of anchovies and sweet leaves for this soup are the key to this soup and I would say this definitely resembles. The noodles prepared were in the right thickness and smooth texture as well.

Dai Ban Noodles OK Sep 18, 2013

Dai Ban Noodles was the name of the place and I had passed this restaurant a couple of times before and each time I saw some decent crowds in it. lollol The interior design gives a warm and welcoming feel. The one thing that I would always love a restaurant to have is some comfortable seating space and this one has it.

Their salted egg fried squid was definitely memorable. The squid used were fresh and chewy and it was definitely fried to perfection. Wouldn't mind having this religiously over supper but I felt it was a little pricey though.

Ben's  OK Sep 17, 2013

The ambient of this place are airy, some verdant & green, with whitewashed wooden wall, high ceilings & contemporary vintage furnishing.Went to Ben's , I tried the Pesto Chicken Sandwich which also sells at RM 25.90 for some really thick slice of sandwich. The bread was toasted and a whole slice of chicken breast was the main ingredient of this sandwich. I’m not too sure about the selection of method used to prep this dish, of which I thought the sandwich was really dry and bland. The grilled chicken was dry and hard, and the bread is not any better as well.

If Asian menu doesn’t excite you, then do take a look at the rest of what’s offered in Ben’s. They offer a simple yet delightful diversity of dishes.

Their Nasi Ulam is nice. However, this RM 26.00 big plate of rice with a huge chicken thigh rendang, and several other dishes is a definite and strictly for sharing only. Served with half of my favourite salted egg and lekor, the entire combination of everything on the plate is explicitly ambrosial.
