Personally, I do not fancy salted fish. I'm the kind of people that doesn't eat salty food very often. However, this bowl of salted fish wasn't exactly that bad. It has decent flavours with a slight pinch of salt. Its not as salty as I'd expected it to be. Having said that, I believe serving this with lots of rice would be my ideal way of eating. Overall, it was pretty good.

Sizzling Tofu OK Sep 17, 2013   (Related Review)

It was purely out of desperation that I order this plate of tofu. I normally do not go for sizzling tofu but I thought just to try something new. However, the tofu came out to be pretty good. The tofu was crisp outside whilst maintaining its smoothness and consistency inside. The gravy tasted alright, it wasn't really anything special but it doesn't taste bad. So I say it was a pretty alright plate of tofu.

Upon my first bite, it tasted alot more like Kaya paste rather than Avocado. This has made many of us confuse on whether or not its Kaya or Avocado. Until the very end when we asked the chef, it was Avocado. Anyway, the silk wrap was really crispy; it was made out of German glass noodles. They deep fried it and wrapped it around the avocado roll. It has a very unique texture but the portion was just too little.

The Goliath OK Sep 16, 2013   (Related Review)

If I remember correctly, here are the ingredients:

4x pork patties at 8 ounches each,
4x turkey bacon on each level,
3x eggs,
onions,
tomatoes,
lettuce,
200grams of fries,
lots of sauce.

It was pretty huge. I didn't really care about the flavour so much as I was aiming for the challenge. I just remembered that the bacons were really tough and hard to chew. The pork patties were quite soft but after chewing alot at one go, my jaw started to hurt. The fries was really oily and bland. Here are the results and video of the challenge.

I think I was pretty confused as the dish was served. I could not grasp what on earth was that. The jelly-like circular thing looked like Chinese Chrysanthemum with Keichi froze together. The pastries was in a shape of a moth or butterfly. It was really weird yet intriguing.

The flavour of the jellies were pretty unusual. It tasted herbalish yet sweet. The moth-like pastries were pretty good though. It was light and the fillings were mild-sweet. The green plant-like jelly on the plate was edible, but it has no taste.
