Zang Toi Spicy Thai Laksa Smile Jul 17, 2013

Zang Toi has been a unique spot for shopaholic. Zang TOi is famous for its notable boutique fashion, but the food is another reason as a ideal spot for a stop over. The thai laksa is tasty with chicken, fu pok, and creamy broth. Its more like laksa curry, with a tint of santan, but not too spicy. The environment is cosy and quiet, as not many passerby during weekdays. Clean and good service.

A long wait during dinner even on weekday is a little drawback. The food is okay, love the tempura, it was evenly floured and seasoned. The prawn is fresh on the inner and the chicken skewer is also tasty. Well grilled and not overcook. Meat is tender and juicy. A cosy place to dine if you don't mind the service and waiting. Love the pot presentation when you order any soup items

Saba Fish OK Jul 17, 2013

ohhh. piping hot. The paste of this saba fish serving is hot but delicious. Saba fish is grilled before putting into this dish. Onions and kimchi are present to make it even more nutritional. At least with these you don't feel guilty pumping your stomach with too much hot and spicy saba fish and gravy. Oiso served generous rice portion with side dishes. I still prefer the grilled saba fish though.

A La Pescatore Smile Jul 17, 2013

For RM36 for this serving, the pasta is hand made and it has seafood with hearty tomato paste. Fresh mussels, clams and squids. Spaghetti is well cooked and the tomato paste is blended well, tasty and the herbs give the zest to the dish. Environment is nice, with European style setting; grey and white concept, and a great place to fine dine. This is an Italian restaurant thus serves various pizzas and pastas.

Salted egg Crabs...

Salted egg Crabs...

"Delicious and Satisfy your cravings". This is their tagline on their website and indeed it brings us there with much anticipation.

The main attraction is the Aquarium area, strategically located facing the main entrance of the restaurant and kids love the live fishes, prawns, lobsters, Alaskan crabs, clams etc.

The sashimi oysters got us hooked as its very fresh and the presentation is nice. Very juicy, and great as appetizers.

Tiger prawns are big and the meat is succulent with a strong broth.

The steam snapper fish is fresh and the soy sauce is sweet with aromatic of the onion leaves and parsley.Fish has no soil smell and tasty.

While the salted egg crab that we ordered are nice, juicy tasty crab meat. The salted egg is well distributed and blended, hence every part of the crab is nicely salted.
