Fong Lye restaurant is famous for its Taiwan dish, and besides its famous Three Taste Chicken, Stir Fry Beef and always love its side dish. The presentation of each set of menu is catered and look into nicely. The steamboat portion that we ordered can cater for 2 person and the meatball is tasty and nice, Own made crab meat ball, quality mushroom, and fresh tiger prawn. The soup is half chicken stock half tomyam, and is tasty. Cant resist to drink up the soup as after all the ingredients was in, the soup is very much simmered and the taste is sweet.

Seafood Dubu Jigae  Smile Jul 17, 2013

lol

Dubu dubu serves a tasty Seafood Dubu Jigae . They have brown red rice with some sesame and its well cook. The main Jigae with seafood broth is nice, not too spicy and goes well with the rice. Prawn meat is tender and do not stick to its shell. While I love bachan, the serving of banchan do not satisfy me, but its fine with the set. The panjeon pancake is another of my favourite dish.

bak kut teh.. ;)

bak kut teh.. ;)

Almost everyday dinner to supper time, you can see Ah Wang Bak Kut The is at its peak, full of people, as its noticeable on the main road. No doubt the bak kut the here is tasty and the reason of full patrons. Rice is well cook, the yau char kuey is cruncy and nice. While the broth of bak kut the is something to hunt for, its delicious. It may look not thick, but the aroma and the herbs substance is simmered into the pork meat and its tasty. You may add in fried bean curd and others in the menu. ;)

Zang Toi Spicy Thai Laksa Smile Jul 17, 2013

Zang Toi has been a unique spot for shopaholic. Zang TOi is famous for its notable boutique fashion, but the food is another reason as a ideal spot for a stop over. The thai laksa is tasty with chicken, fu pok, and creamy broth. Its more like laksa curry, with a tint of santan, but not too spicy. The environment is cosy and quiet, as not many passerby during weekdays. Clean and good service.

A long wait during dinner even on weekday is a little drawback. The food is okay, love the tempura, it was evenly floured and seasoned. The prawn is fresh on the inner and the chicken skewer is also tasty. Well grilled and not overcook. Meat is tender and juicy. A cosy place to dine if you don't mind the service and waiting. Love the pot presentation when you order any soup items
