Being a chain restaurant and locating in most major malls, having Chinese food while shopping or leisure hanging in malls becomes easy and convenient. There are congee, noodles, rice, dishes and some light snacks like the rice rolls, carrot cakes, and some light pau and few chinese dim sums. The dishes are served at a standard size so that makes things a little though for individual dinners. One thing good about this chain is that they are almost always consistent whenever

I visited any of the branches. The signature wanton noodles with jumbo prawn wanton were a very memorable one the last time I had it. The noodle sells at RM 13++ and it was quite reasonable given the amount of ingredient in it. The prawns were not as impressive but were good enough for me to polish the dish. It is a great place to dine when looking at a wide selection of dishes. The staff were very well trained and super helpful too. I like their friendly service and that would really keep the customers returning.

Bubba Gump shrimp and co doesn’t only jog my memory of the Forest Gump famous tagline “life is like a box of chocolate” but also reminds me of the very fresh shrimps in this restaurant. The usual outlet that I frequently visit is the one in Sunway Pyramid mainly because of the convenient location and the extended operating hours from the usual restaurants located inside the mall. Although the menu is quite extensive, with a good choice of beef, chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes for solo eating, there are few dishes that are great for communal sharing. The seating and the interior of this place is very comfortable and suitable for casual meals amongst family and friends.
The light music playing at the background calms and relaxes the mood thus allowing dinners to truly enjoy their meal, almost entering a different time zone where everything slowed down and calmingly relaxing.

The surrounding at this place is relatively decent and clean. Somewhat clean and comfortably pleasant, this is a good place to dine. To some extend I must say that cleanliness and the appearance of the shop plays quite a crucial role in keeping their customers happy and returning.

Stewed slice fish with preserved vegetables in sechuan style is selling for RM28 and is absolutely worth it for the fish slices are really fresh and the method to preparing this in the sechuan style might have been quite a waste given the freshness of the fish but is still amazingly appetizing.

The Salted prawns with salted egg yolk sells at RM35 and it might have been slightly overpriced given the tiny amount served. However, the taste and flavour were all balanced so well and perfectly moderate to render the flavour to the otherwise bald and tasteless prawns. The opaque flesh from the prawn is not chewy or compact when chewing but slightly mushy in texture.

The Crispy caramelised eel for is something unique for chinese dishes as we commonly have eel in Japanese dishes or sushis. This one sells at RM 16 and the texture is somewhat great with the clever use of method to caramelize the otherwise soft textured eel.

When dining here, the meals are best to be accompanied by some vegetables. There is a wide range of vege and many ways to prepare them is great especially when it comes to meals served with white rice.

The tea served is really expensive but enjoying some nice aromatic tea after meal is quite an enjoyable experience. The seating are spacious and accommodate hence being actually very suitable for big groups or just a simple comforting meal.

This is a great place for breakfast and as a matter of fact, they sell all day breakfast. But for those wanting heavier meals, something a little more filling than just some breads and toasts would be their pasta. The pasta choices were simple yet intriguing is some way. The pasta sauces here very well represent the Invigorating energy of the cook. I adore the thick and creamy sauces with such perfect combination of ingredients. This Creamy mushroom and salmon spaghetti served with a slice of garlic toast made a tremendous satisfaction and impression.

Beer  Smile Sep 05, 2013

Think Belgium food and he first that comes in mind is probably potatoes. In actual fact, traditional favorites also include mussels, meatballs, and sweet treats like waffles. Most main courses are perfect with beer and famous beers don’t stray far off from hoegaarden, leffe and Stella Artois. For those who don't like drinking, it is still a great place for hanging out as their dishes are pretty amazing too.
