I’ve always wanted to try out the food from Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. but never gotten the chance to do so. One day my friends and I finally made up our minds to try out there! We have been saving our money for a meal there because I heard that the food there are really pricey!!The restaurant was filled with Forrest Gump’s posters and items and the ambience was really cozy and nice. I had the Sweet Home BBQ Burger which costed me RM29.90 before tax. My first time eating such an expensive burger! It was a classic burger with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and frizzled onions served with fries. I love how the BBQ sauce tasted and to be honest the dish was quite huge. But the ingredients of the dish were relatively simple yet the dish costed a bomb!My friend ordered the Bourbon Street Catch of the day which was charbroiled cajun spiced catch of the day with non-alcoholic Bourbon sauce and grilled shrimp, served over mashed potatoes. My friend told me that the dish tasted okay and the grilled shrimp was flavourful. The dish was RM39.90, to me I think that is really too expensive.The food there was okay, nothing to be excited about and super overpriced!! This would be my first and last visit here.

we are always in this restaurant 2-3 person .today we 8person ,we order what our like to eat like 2 pasta of course we have scampi and run chicken run pasta this 2 pasta sauce are very delicious ,southern fried chicken , fish and chips, salmon& vegi skillet, bbq beef back ribs , grill lamb rack and onion ring .all seafood are fresh .grill ribs and lamb is very famous food of there restuarant ,one of hot seller of them is onion ring.must try service is very good and fast,drink is able to refill .we like dinner here is coz good service and good food.

Bubba Gump shrimp and co doesn’t only jog my memory of the Forest Gump famous tagline “life is like a box of chocolate” but also reminds me of the very fresh shrimps in this restaurant. The usual outlet that I frequently visit is the one in Sunway Pyramid mainly because of the convenient location and the extended operating hours from the usual restaurants located inside the mall. Although the menu is quite extensive, with a good choice of beef, chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes for solo eating, there are few dishes that are great for communal sharing. The seating and the interior of this place is very comfortable and suitable for casual meals amongst family and friends. The light music playing at the background calms and relaxes the mood thus allowing dinners to truly enjoy their meal, almost entering a different time zone where everything slowed down and calmingly relaxing.

Yes, we have our department team lunch in Bubba Gump this afternoon!! A very awesome restaurant served a lot of shrimps especially for me, who is a shrimp lover!!We have ordered some food - chips + shrimps!! The awesome sauce is a perfect match!! In love with it!! So many people we have ordered a bulk of different flavour drinks! Eg. Lemonade, strawberry, pineapple and many more drinks!! Great chit chat session!!We have ordered 1 special good looking dessert! The cake with ice cream in a bottle served with cream on top!! Very tasty!!! definitely will visit again!!
