When the Loaf opens in Sunway pyramid, I am obviously pleased and happy about it. Not that there are no other bakery around, but one that has so many choices and at the same time delicious, and with some nice layout for patrons and shoppers to sit and have that quick meal is just great. The seat layouts were in between the walkway in the mall but it was places in such there is some privacy if not completely all. But the fact that most people usually take breads and coffee or tea in between meals, makes it alright. I tried the caramel cream at RM 1.80 choco banana at RM 1.90. Choco banana is definately tastier given the fragrant of the banana, as well as the bitter sweetness of the chocolate. Bun was freshly baked daily, so it was soft and slight saltiness compliments the sweetness perfectly.

Like the warmth of sunshine, the latte place radiates optimism and joy and I truly believe that good food can come from everywhere. Hidden within the Pusat Seni & Galeri Yayasan Seni building off jalan Ritchie KL, this place beautifully slows down your footsteps as it allows you to be taken aback, relax and take a moment to enjoy God’s creation. The beautiful breezes along with the ambrosial aroma of coffee wafting and gently roaming between green branches is like a happy murmur of delights as the frangipani flowers beautifully falls next to you.Hutted within many plumeria plants, sunlight travelling through the gaps of leaves and beautiful frangipani flowers tenderly lights this place till evening right before dusk. I absolutely love the open seating and the natural sunlight.The hot stuffs include very few ingredients crafting into several breakfast dishes. The Hearty Breakfast sells at RM 17.90 and comprises of chicken sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs with mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans served with homemade toast.The House Egg Ben comes with a choice of double or single serving both priced at RM 17.90 and RM 12.90 respectively. The poached eggs are ordinary but when topping with their signature Hollandaise sauce, tasted better on top of the sautéed potato cubes and fresh salad served by side. The pull factor is the thick toast which is admirable although I would prefer smoked salmon over the slice of ham between the egg and toast.The fluffy Omelette filed with feta cheese and sautéed mushrooms, served wit homemade toast and fresh salads sells at RM 11.90 and is fantastic especially when fresh mushrooms instead of canned are used. Thumbs up for that.

The Shrimp pasta is almost as good while the shrimps are really fresh. Reminded me of the shrimps in Bubba Gump. the pasta serving at a plump size is also great for sharing. It was very crispy on the outside and sweet on the inside. The tough texture reveals that the shrimps are fresh and cleverly soaked in ice water before stirring in the rich tomato paste. Unless avoiding pasta in the diet, this pasta is relatively good for sharing during dinner or lunch. And during those happy hours, one would have to refer to their rate for beers.

When ordering dishes, a balance choice of vegetable and meat would be nice. The Guinness chicken is apparently the signature dish here. Tasted very similar like marmite coasting, this amazing and flavorfully pieces of chicken is better than marmite. The Guinness stout marinated chicken with thick glazed coating enhances the texture of the chicken.

Sweet Osmanthus flower tea is my latest obsession. This flower itself has a pleasant floral aroma. And when blended with the tea leaves produces pleasing and sweet fragrant at the same time. Also,watching the flower petal moves inside the jar, the tea looks really pretty.
