The Shrimp pasta is almost as good while the shrimps are really fresh. Reminded me of the shrimps in Bubba Gump. the pasta serving at a plump size is also great for sharing. It was very crispy on the outside and sweet on the inside. The tough texture reveals that the shrimps are fresh and cleverly soaked in ice water before stirring in the rich tomato paste.
