我相信不单单只是我童年有apam 的陪伴，还有很多人都爱吃apam 尤其小时候。以前的我们没那么多快餐，最爱吃路边小吃。Apam通常巴刹或夜市都会有，而且价钱便宜。这里的sweet apam 其实味道差不远，也是用米粉，糖，椰浆，和鸡蛋，不同的是他没那么容易垮，很脆椰味很浓。

很久没约我的猪朋好友出来说是非啦。他们从地铁载了我后就说先去哈拉才去逛街。来到这里，热爱咖啡的他们点了，espresso 和 cappacino,不能喝咖啡的我点了chocolate.我们还叫了-Homemade Belgian Waffles with Ice Cream & Blueberry 。脆皮的外壳柔暖的内壳不论搭上冰淇淋和蓝莓都非常适合。

外观朴素的茶餐室，又让我有特别惊喜了。Roti Babi,外边看起来是法式土司，里面包了猪肉丝，猪肉丝很入味加上了洋葱让它咸中带甜。利用土司面包皮来包其猪肉虽然有点像烧包什么的，可是却能带出互相的衬托着。就是它的名难听一点-Roti Babi...

今天老豆带我来到这间中式餐馆，很华丽，店非常大而且可以见到它的灯饰很亮很美。牛油奶酪烤黑鳕鱼是其中令我回味无穷的菜肴。它是到中西合璧的一道菜，利用奶酪和火鸡火腿，鳕鱼虽然很厚却是烤得完全熟透，味道咸甜并新鲜。

Sauteed Iberico Pork Jowl in a Chestnut and Mushroom sauce,这道是厨师特别推荐的噢！单单它的猪肉就有几种层次感，不但有有嚼劲，但同时还嫩！ 不但如此，当你嚼下去你更能感觉猪肉本身的脂肪，流入口里。香菇的味不强肉的味道，一起吃下更有另一风味呢！
