As usual the 2 favourite soup base for Malaysian, herbal & tomyam. The herbal soup is clear with strong taste tong kuai & kei chi. Those who like spicy, the tom yam soup will be really yummy...
A plate for fresh mixture of seafood & vegetable for 2 person.
A very fresh mutton slide can be order as a la carte.
Fresh slides of abalone also to be order as a la carte. The abalone slide gets tough if it is over cooked, so the best is to dipped in the herbal soup for not more than 10 sec.
Whole fresh Siakap fish
A plate of very nice presentation of juicy & fresh squid.
Dessert for the night is bird's nest with lotus seeds, white fungus & longan. A great way to end our steamboat dinner.
The dessert was really well prepare, can taste the silky & slipperiness of the bird nest and not too sweet.
Each serving cost RM40 which is really very good price.
