Restaurant Soo Kee is a restaurant located opposite the Sea Park morning market. It sells only Ipoh chicken hor fun, steamed chicken and prawn wantan. The prawn wantan is sold in a set of 10 pieces per set. There are two versions of the Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun, i.e. dry or with soup.

I had breakfast here with my boyfriend before sending him off to catch his train to KL Sentral. We ordered a bowl of Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun each and 1 set of Prawn Wantan. Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun costs RM 5.50 per bowl whereas Prawn Wantan cost RM 8 per set.

In my opinion, the Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun came in a very small portion. Hence, I feel that it is insufficient for me. But, the owner was very generous with the chicken shreds in the noodles. I enjoyed eating the chicken very much as the meat was very smooth! As for the Prawn Wantan, I think it super duper delicious and the price is acceptably reasonable 

We requested extra soup as we both favoured the soup in the noodles and the Prawn Wantan.  The owner was very friendly and was more than happy to satisfy our cravings for the soup!

A café situated in Taman Paramount which is walking distance from a park nearby, Taman Aman. It can also be said to be opposite the Giant Hypermarket. Awesome canteen has a very nice interior design, of which most of them are vintage.

My sister had lunch here and we ordered chicken burger sets and extra fries. The chicken burger set costs RM12.90 each whereas fries costs RM8.90 per basket. Each chicken burger set includes chicken burger, fries and coleslaw. Hence, I find RM12.90 for this set is reasonable and affordable, thus making it awesome ;)

After trying the fries in the sets, we found that it is extremely delicious. So, we decided to order a basket of it and continued munching on it. Some may find that RM8.90 is too expensive for fried sliced potatoes, but trust me, you will not regret a single penny spent on it. We did not manage to take any picture of the fries as we had finished them as soon as the waiter served us the fries.

One flaw that I have seen here is that we have to order our meals at the cashier instead of having the waiter to take our order at our seats. It was our first time there, so we did not know that we have to order at the counter. Hence, we sat at our place and waited for quite some time for someone to take our orders, but eventually no one did.

As the heat wave continue, my need for Frozen grows stronger. I'm so glad that the RM 1 promotion for the drink is still on-going, which made super duper affordable.

Instead of ordering the usual Coca-Cola Frozen only, I decided to give the Fanta Grape Frozen a try too. To me, I still prefer the Coca-Cola Frozen as I personally feel that the Fanta Grape Frozen is too sweet for me.

Instead of having my usual claypot Yee Mee, I decided to try the Pork Noodles (of course I changed the noodles to Yee Mee) for RM5.50.
I waited quite long for the noodles as the uncle was taking a long time to cook. He cooked every bowl from scratch, so I guess its worth the wait? Since its almost certain that every bowl of noodles is fresh.
Initially, the noodles tasted quite alright..until I saw intestine in my noodles. I honestly did not expect to have intestines in my noodles, I thought it would be minced pork and pork slices only.
After seeing the intestines, my appetite immediately dropped. It was a nice meal, but if I were to order this noodle again, I would most probably request it to be intestine-free.

Its Wednesday also known as Pink Day in Baskin Robbins  Since I was wearing pink, I went to crab myself some ice cream.

I had the double junior ice cream. As the queue was too long, I didn't want to waste my time trying different types of flavour, and I chose Chocolate flavour and Cookies and Cream and cream flavour.
