Hungry Brunch is a new café located at the highest floor of blue atrium, Sunway Pyramid. This new entry café has the potential of being a surprising distinctive new café, aiming to be a should-visit for shoppers to fill their tummies.

Interior is simple and cosy but you could easily spot the effort of owner on decorating the place.

As you can see from the above menu, the price are quite affordable than most restaurant in Sunway Pyramid. The menu options cover from pasta, all-day breakfast, salads, burgers and desserts. Nothing much to dwell on the pasta, both aglio olio pasta and carbonara pasta were quite a disappointment to the buds. After all we didn’t get our hopes to high judging from the price as low as RM10.

The chicken chop was being served with a generous amount of black pepper sauce. Nicely done with the sauce, but the meat could have done better.
What makes the Hungry Brunch better? 30% discount on all drinks! Get your caffeine fix at a reasonable price! One thing for sure, do not expect much on the coffee. The cappuccino I ordered was decent enough but hopefully the coffee art could be better! I could barely see the art! Being as one of the cheapest promising cafe, it’s definitely worth the visit. So what are you waiting for? By just looking at the cafe name, it's already making me feel hungry!

Located strategically at Sunway Giza, Kota Damansara , Sozo is an ala carte style Japanese buffet that you must come if you are Japanese food fanatic. It offers a wide variety of Japanese food covering from appetizer, ramen, fresh sashimi, sushi, grilled dish and so on. It’s a made to order kind of buffet so literally you can order everything from the menu without spending big! Nothing much to comment about the simple decoration here, but it’s definitely cozy enough to enjoy a good meal.

Sashimi! My number one favourite when comes to Japanese food! All fresh and juicy! For those who are not a fan of fresh raw fish, do yourself a favor by visiting Sozo. Here is the first station for you to change your eating attitude toward raw fish!
Didn’t really take much photos of the rest of my foods as it is advisable to not leave your sashimi without ice for too long. The ice was not just for decoration but also to avoid the sashimi from getting contaminated with bacteria. Plus, the dining time was limited to 2 hours so we were too busy to tick our favourite foods from the menu. Do come in a group, you will need someone to help you to try everything. After all too much of sashimi is not good for you stomach.

Must-Try In Klang : Boston Klang Smile Dec 04, 2015

Most people will tag Boston Klang as a must-go place when it comes to Klang. It wasn’t my first visit to Boston Klang, as usual, we were greeting by the long queue there. A kind head up to the new comers, the long queue is what makes the place unique. Be mentally prepared to wait for at least an hour on weekdays and few hours during weekends! (No joke here)
The restaurant operates until late night. For this time, I joined the crowd for the late night supper on Saturday night. Still, there was no empty tables when we reached. But it did speed up the waiting time though. It’s an hour of waiting time if you must know ….

The signature steam lala which is also my utmost favourite could be seen on most tables. The fresh and juicy clams were steamed with ginger, fried garlic and chillies, along with abundant amount of rice wine. And do not forget to taste the soup! For a person that can’t tolerate much of spicy food, I still found it spicy in a good way.
Another very popular dish here is their Nestum Mantis Prawn. The deep-fried mantis prawns were coated with fried oat, giving a combination of sweet and crispy which was incredibly addictive to the senses. But the problem arises when the mantis prawn are usually in small sizes so it gives the feeling of tasting the fragrant fried oat instead of the prawn itself.

Perhaps the only downside of the restaurant is the long waiting time. So it is recommended to go for early dinner. But still, there is no way for you to escape from the crowd. For me, the winning dish is totally worth the wait! Will you?

Formerly known as Miam Miam, the Franco is a French-Japanese cuisine which has opened up a lot of outlets in IOI City Mall, Paradigm Mall, One Utama and so on.

The portion doesn’t seem very big, but my friends and I had a hard time of finishing it, partially because the salty and savoury squid ink rice comes with fresh prawn. The squid ink rice with cheese inside was a little bit too sticky to taste and it left the teeth and mouth black while eating it. The egg turns out to be the added values here with the right amount of creaminess.

The well-known desserts have gained much of popularity since Franco had its first outlet opened in One Utama. The Franco soufflé is an absolute must-have other than the French Toast, it comes with matcha, vanilla, cheese and chocolate flavours. Our original plan was to stick with French Toast since we had it during our first visit, however our curiosities arises when we saw almost every tables had ordered the soufflé, so the second thought led us to try something new. It turns out to be an even better dessert! The light and fluffy soufflé tastes like a mouthful of dissolving cloud with a gentle poke into the custard.

Not to comment much about the ambience here, but note that the massive crowd on weekends can be somehow disturbing. And just a kind reminder most of the desserts here will take around 20 minutes to bake but take my words as well it’s totally worth the wait!
