Waiting time was a bit long for my order when all my friends' orders were served. Waved politely to a waiter for help but he rudely asked me to check with some other waiters.  No word of apology. Nothing. 

Went to the cashier counter for assistance, again nothing was done.

Same request had to be repeated 3 times before order finally arrived.

This restaurant charges a 10% service charge for atrocious service!
