yummy indian rojak... OK Aug 08, 2014

Categories : Malaysian variety | Stall / Warung

Indian rojak sold out of a mobile van. Best that I have found in PJ so far. I frequent the one at SS2 same row as Starbucks & Chatime. Friendly chap with quick service. Reasonably priced too. Clean to top it off. Fresh ingredients with a killer sauce. Great whenever you have a fix for rojak. Don't forget to add the sotong. Gives a good kick!

Best place if you have a craving for char siew. Serving up the best I've had in Malaysia. Pricey though but you get what you pay for. They also serve up yummy Hakka noodles. Service is pretty quick but the place does get crowded during lunch time. I usually just take away since I live a block down from the place. Must visit!

best yong tau foo in pj... Smile Aug 08, 2014

This has got to be the best place to get yong tau foo in PJ. Made fresh daily with good quality ingredients. Almost everything on the menu is tasty. I would recommend the chee cheong fun either in classic black sauce or with curry. Will not dissappoint you. Also remember to order their fresh warm soya bean milk. Has to be the best around and great for rainy days or when you are feeling under the weather.

This is our breakfast hangout on most days. They serve a mean nasi lemak with your choice of condiments like fried chicken, beef rendang, cockles sambal or chili squid. They also have yummy nasi dagang with gulai ikan tongkol. Other good options would be their soto, curry mee and roti bakar w/ half boiled egg. Drinks wise they make good Teh C Special and their choices of coffee is not too bad.

yummy noodles at a price... Smile Aug 08, 2014

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles | Porridge

This is the best place in PJ to get yummy Chinese noodles but at a price. It isn't as pricy as some places however it is still higher than our hawker stalls. Give or take around 30% more but the quality is good and you dine in a nice air conditioned restaurant. The service is good and prompt. They have a big selection of noodles and I have tried at least 80% of the menu and can safely say they are all yummy and consistant. I recommend you try the curry noodles & wantan mee w/ 3 meats. They also have lovely chinese desserts which is a great end to your lunch or dinner.
Only downside would be the noise level withint the restaurant. When it gets crowded, due to the design of the place it isn't very comfortable. People who are sensitive to noise might get bothered.
