Diabolo Pasta RM29.90

One of the most delectable pasta I've ever eaten. The pasta was moist enough .. every single strand of pasta was evenly coated with the sweet and sourish tomato sauce. The sauce has a very unique , cheesy, and aromatic flavor too.. A lot of chicken breast can be found in this pasta , and the best part.... Lots of squid and fresh cut-butterfly prawns .. I just simply love all the elements in the plate that night.. <3

Chicken with Shrimp Chop . RM38.90
The chicken was marinated with special sauce which I had forgotten the name ..
It taste like hawaii sauce, lol.. yeah, exactly, with a lil bit of Mexican flavor in it.. and some herbs and pepper and salt of course...
The chicken was tender and soft, still moist on the inside even though it was grilled...
The shrimp was deep fried until crispy, which I am very satisfy with. . . You don't even need to peel the exoskeleton, you can just gulp it all down .. ! The side dish was okay, sauteed beans with butter.. ;) just slightly greasy, but I think this is how it supposed to be prepared.

I am already drowning in my own saliva when Im writing this.
The extraordinarily crispy fried XXL chicken comes in two huge size.
Each slice is as big as about the palm of your hand.. With a small bowl of rice drench in some porkilicious gravy..
This is one of the fabulous meal I've eaten throughout the week!

The XXL Fried Chicken was super, mega crunchy and crispy, with a dash of chili powder at the surface of the bubbling skin , the inner part of the chicken was, however remaining soft and juicy, tender and pipping hot throughout the meal!
I was delighted and very satisfied with the price and service.
The service was fast and efficient.. you can see waiters running errands to serve their customers without lazing around., ;)

Forgive me for not able to recall or jot down the price beforehand.
But believe me, all the set menu definitely worth the price.

My roasted chicken comes with a bowl of rice , side dishes and a bowl of soup.
The lard-flavored gravy was superb, it goes so well with the white rice, and it certainly whets my appetite!!!
I couldn't help but order another bowl of rice .. The chicken taste absoulutely delicious too! It was sweet, and slightly charred, not only that, the meat was sooo supple and delicious.. it melts in your mouth!
I suspect they use meat tenderizer , but, who cares? Just eat!!

I love the set menu in Fong Lye as I think it's worth every single penny I pay for.
It comes with soup, rice, side dishes such as vege, dessert and also appetizer that is so capable of filling you up before you start with your main entree.

I love their steamed white chicken because it's so soft and tender.. the meat weren't too tough and the bright-yellowish shimmering skin of the chicken certainly beckons me to eat it!
The rice were slightly soaked with some pork gravy , which is super appetizing..
Totally like it!
