Salmon Kabuto Miso

Salmon Kabuto Miso

This delectable Salmon Kabuto Miso was served hot in a mini wok, with a variety of fresh and flavorful ingredients in Miso or soybean paste soup. The main ingredients including deep fried parts of salmon fish head, slices of Japanese fish cake, Japanese mushrooms, shimeji and enoki, assorted vegetables such as cabbage, carrot and leeks, and glass noodles.

A generous portion of the salmon fish head was served, it was tasted fresh and went very well with the flavorful and rich taste of Miso soup. Glass noodles immersed in the Miso soup was tasty, soft and slightly chewy texture. A satisfying and fulfilling Salmon Kabuto Miso with more crunchy freshness of assorted vegetables and tasty yummy Japanese mushrooms.

The world's first 8 flavors xiao long bao has proudly presented by Paradise Dynasty, which is located at Level 1, Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya.

These 8 legendary xiao long bao, truly a fine piece of Chinese culinary art and created by their hardworking chefs with innovative touch.

The 8 flavors xiao long bao with color coded are Original (White), Ginseng (Green), Foie Gras (Brown), Truffle (Black), Cheesy (Yellow), Crab Roe (Orange), Garlic (Grey) and SzeChuan (Pink). Each xiao long bao has different taste, thus a recommended sequence from mild to stronger taste has been created in order to enjoy each flavor to its maximum.

皇朝八种口味小笼包

The succulent journey was initiated with the Original xiao long bao and ended with the SzeChuan flavor. Each xiao long bao contains hot soup broth and fillings.
Therefore, gently lift it to a spoon, bite off a small portion of the skin for cooling, then sip the soup broth and savor the whole dumpling with its delicious flavored fillings.

Among the best xiao long bao flavors was crab roe, foie gras and black truffles. Ginseng and cheese flavors was quite mild. Whereas, garlic was too strong and szechuan was quite spicy. I like their unique and contemporary dining environment with ancient Buddhist temple appearance, where a Buddha statue is sitting at the back of the center dining hall. While, their waiters are dressed up like kungfu masters.

BFF Cafe was opened in March 2013 and located at the Platinum PV 128, Jalan Genting Klang. They are serving a variety of delicious homemade noodles with reasonable price such as curry noodles, pan mee, wantan mee, loh mee and many others.

A bowl of piping hot Loh Mee was served with pork meat, mushrooms, black fungus, pork lard, and the thick savory gravy sprinkled with spring onions.

The Loh Mee was deliciously cooked with soft and chewy noodle textures and the savory flavorful gravy pleases the palate. As usual, I like to add a few drops of vinegar to enhance greater taste.
