My
friend was invited for the Poddle Club Halloween Party at Bow Wow Café,
Puchong. Therefore, she asked me to join her for the event. Once entered the
café, we were welcomed by the cute poodle at the entrance. The café is located
upstairs and it will be locked to prevent the dogs from running outside the
café. So open the door carefully and close properly after entering the café.
The cafe serves beverages, desserts and limited main course. The cafe was full
house when we arrived and according to my friend that day the cafe has 39 dogs
and 40 owners from Poddle Club celebrating Halloween party. I am so happy to
see different types of dogs from cute Poddle to husky. The ambiance of the cafe
was good and comfortable. They even have a mini playground for the dog to play
inside the cafe. We ordered Carbonara, Bow Wow Ultimate Pork Burger, Basket Of
Fries and Piccolo Latte (Hot). You have to order and pay at the counter and
they will serve the food to your table.Piccolo Latte (Hot) is strong and good to have during cold weather.

Piccolo Latte (Hot) @ RM 9Basket of Fries is fresh and not soggy. It was served with mayonnaise, Chilli sauce and a dash of black pepper. Delicious!!

Basket of Fries @ RM 7 Bow Wow Ultimate Pork Burger was tasty. Beef patty was juicy and flavourful but the bread was over toasted for me as it is too crunchy to go with the beef patty but the bread had a good garlic taste and the coleslaw was good.

Bow Wow Ultimate Pork Burger @ RM 30Carbonara tasted good. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce is just enough for the pasta but I prefer to have more sauce to go with my pasta. Creamy!!

Carbonara @ RM 25Overall, it was a good Halloween party with my boyfriend, friend
and creamy (Her Dog). I admire how the staffs are very kind to the dogs and
passionate about their job. Friendly service and the food took us about 30
minutes to get as it was over packed yet they still manage to handle well.

We went
Shabu Garden for early dinner as I had a good dining experience at Shabu
Garden, South Gate (They are closed now and relocated to Shabu Garden Kuchai
Lama). The restaurant serves Ala- Carte steamboat for reasonable price and if
you are a little eater this would be definitely a good option for you. The
ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and they have 2 types of seating
choices for the customer. Indoor and outdoor. I prefer to seat indoor as it was
hot outside. Couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived around
4pm. Varieties of sauce will be placed in the centre of the restaurant for the customer to choose for the steamboat. Varieties of saucePumpkin porridge was yummy. I loved it even though it was my first time trying it. If you are porridge lover give them a try, you sure will love it. We add Ginger Wine Soup at the end to make our porridge a bit dilute and it tasted perfect. Both combines well to give a yummy taste.Tom Yum soup was tasty, spicy and good option for you if you wanted to have something soup based. Pork set same as Shabu Set but it comes with pork slice.

I went dinner with my boyfriend
to SS2 and we saw this restaurant is crowded with People when we are looking
for car parking. Therefore, we went there for dinner. The restaurant is located
opposite KFC, SS2. The restaurant serves varieties of Hawker Foods like Chicken
Rice, Curry Mee, Laksa, Kuay Teow Soup, Fried Hokkien Mee, Yang Tau Foo,
Porridge and Char Kuay Teow. The restaurant has 2 types of seating, indoor and
outdoor (Tables and Chair are placed on the road to accommodate the crowds). We
ordered Kuay Teow Soup and Porridge.

Kuay Teow was smooth and the soup wad flavourful.
Tasty!!Porridge is a comforting food. It
was smooth and good to have during the rainy season.It was a good dinner for us. This is a Delicious
hawker food we can find in SS2 other than Wek Sai Kai.

After our dinner at home, we went Standing Theory
for dessert and coffee. I made a reservation for 4 people at 9.30pm so that I
can get 20% discount from offpeak. Standing Theory is located at SS2, Petaling
Jaya. The cafe was crowded when we arrived maybe because it’s Friday and people
don't mind staying up late. The cafe serves a unique coffee that you guys won't
regret checking out. The ambiance was good with cosy environment. You have to
order and pay at the counter and they will serve the food to your table. I
ordered 4oz coffee, BBC Waffle and Quick Mix.

Caffe Latte has an amazing coffee art and tasted as good as it looks.

Caffe Latte 4 oz @ RM 9.43 Qwik Fix (Espresso Mocktail) is a creative coffee Mocktail created by the Barista to highlight elements of Acidity+ Sweetness + Aftertaste (Lemon Peel+ Simple Syrup + Espresso and Blackcurrant Juice). It is a drink that is good for anytime of the day. It has a great coffee taste with a good hint of lemon flavour. Unique!!

Qwik Fix @ RM 11.32BBC Waffle is served with Bacon, Banana Slice and Ice-Cream. Bacon was grilled perfectly and it goes well with the waffle. Everything worked great to give an additional taste to the Waffle.

We always see Japanese Restaurant that serves wide varieties of choices for their customers from Fresh Sashimi to well-cooked Japanese Foods and you will be confused what to order? Don't worry guys; you won't face that problem in Tori Doki as they only serve chicken and vegetables. Tori Doki is located at Desa Sri Hartamas next to Lobster & Steaks. The restaurant serves varieties of Chicken and Vegetables dishes to the customers and some of the dishes are new to me. The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable. They have 3 types of seating choices for the customers (Tatami Seating, Booth and Counter Seating’s). Couple of people occupied the restaurant when we arrived but started filling up around 8.30pm. According to the owner Mr Kota Furuya, the restaurant will be full house on weekends and it is advisable to make reservation to avoid waiting. Appetizer of the day is sesame sauce with ladies finger and vegetables. The sesame sauce gives an additional taste to the food.Konsai Salada is carrot, pumpkin and sweet potato pan fried while broccoli was steamed before adding their homemade caser dressing and granted cheese. Yummy!!

Konsai Salada @ RM 18 Nagaimo Garlic Butter is mountain yam mixed with garlic powder, soya sauce and black pepper and pan-fried. It was cooked perfectly and delicious.

Nagaimo Garlic Butter @ RM 12Chicken are marinated for 24 hours with salt, pepper, red wine, bamboo sauce and sesame oil before roasted for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the chicken conditions. The chicken was tender and the meat fell apart from the bone very easily. It was served with spicy sauce, Himalaya Sea Salt and Japanese Soy sauce and the chicken tasted different when you dip them with different types of condiments. The chickens are only roasted once the customer placed their orders so it really took about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get our food. But don't worry; you can call them in advance to place your orders so that you no need to wait for the foods.

Teba Age (Fried Chicken Wing) is tasty. It was fried perfectly and tender.

Teba Age @ RM 10Sunagimo Ahijyo is chicken gizzard and vegetables (Garlic, Ladies Finger and Cherry Tomato) are stewed with olive oil and served with grilled baguette (Monthly Promotion) but they planned to remain it on their menu. Dip the grilled baguette in the sauce and enjoy them.

Sunagimo Ahijyo @ RM 18 Grilled chicken was juicy, tender and soft. It was one of the best chicken I ever tried. The skewer is a mix of breast and thigh meat so the thigh meat will be oily while breast meat will be less oily and by mixing them it balance back the taste. Toridoki @ RM 8 (Chicken breast & Thigh)/ Negima @ RM 5 (Chicken Breast & Japanese leek)Grilled Rice Balls with cheese fillings. Rice balls are brushed with soy sauce while grilling to create a crunchy texture outside and soft texture inside. The cheese gives an additional kick to the rice balls.

Kamanberu Cheese Yaki Onigiri @ RM 12Dashimaki Tamago was freshly made after the customer placed their order. Hot & thin layer of egg crepe. Yummy!!

Dashimaki Tamago @ RM 14 Houjicha Purin was superb. It is a pudding with brown sugar. It will be prepared 1 day in advance so if it’s sold out you guys missed the chance to try it!! So please reserve it before you dine-in as it really worth your little efforts.

Houjicha Purin @ RM 10.It was a perfect dinner for us. Yummy foods, friendly service and comfortable environment. Thanks to Mr Kota Furuya for the good hospitality.
