这扬州炒饭简直是我的最爱！！
里面的材料有虾仁、青豆、鱼饼和蛋。
由于Uncle Chong功夫到家，锅气很足。
加上椰油加持，这扬州炒饭真的超好吃超香，而且超特别！
别的地方应该吃不到这么特别的椰味扬州炒饭。
推荐！！推荐！！

p/s：不过这应该是Uncle Chong专为Makan Ventures特别炒的，因为我第二次到访再order这扬州炒饭时是没有椰味的。
对这么特别的椰味扬州炒饭有兴趣的人，或者可以询问一下他们。

这葡萄牙式烤魔鬼鱼的辣酱有着较浓的椰浆味，
而且伴随很多的洋葱和羊角豆....
烤后的魔鬼鱼肉质嫩滑新鲜。
总的来说..........由于本人对洋葱不是很喜欢，
所以.........试试味道就好了...... tonguetonguetonguetonguetongue

这河粉材料有虾仁和鸡肉，加上韭菜和炸洋葱提味。
看似普通一碗怡保河粉，其实.....它......还是普通一碗怡保河粉！tonguetonguetongue
只不过很喜欢它汤头的清甜，吃了后不会觉得口渴。
口渴？！就是味精太多的原因啊！所以....该明白我的意思了吧？！

咖喱面是Uncle Chong's Kitchen 招聘菜之一。
很大一碗，里面有蛤蜊（siham），豆腐卜，虾仁、鸡肉块、芽菜和薄荷叶。
这咖喱面很好味，不会太辣，椰浆也不会说过于浓稠，味道适中！
至于油腻....我是觉得还好啦！！

这亚三拉沙第一口的感觉就是...............火辣辣！！！！
但是由于其他的味道也很特出，所以就算很辣，都还是觉得很好吃，很想吃！！！
这里的阿三拉沙不像一些地方吃的鱼肉都是看得到一块块的，
这里的都融入汤头里面了。所以它的阿三拉沙汤头味道很好味带鲜甜！！
