I have to say, this is probably like my favorite stall ever at the Suria KLCC food court. I'm a huge believer in organic food, and do believe that eating healthy needn't meant eating boring, Simple Life certainly proves that. With an assortment of delicious set meals, rice, noodles, snacks, sandwiches, beverages and more...Among my favorites here is definitely the Tom Yam Fried Rice and their Multi Grain Porridges.

I find this to be truly very unique indeed. I mean, I have had Charcoal buns and loaf breads before, but definitely never Charcoal sandwiches. Well, I needn't worry because it is delicious.. and healthy too! With mashed-up egg, Japanese cucumber, tomatoes, slices of vegetarian soy floss and ham, and lettuce and mayonnaise sandwiched in between triple slice of charcoal-infused bread, it's super yummy indeed ! lol

Apparently this porridge option is very popular among Simple Life's discerning customers. It's easy to see why. Simple, basic no-frills nutritious porridge that's cooked using healthy organic ingredients, amongst others wild yam, pumpkins, carrots, shitake mushrooms, goji berries and an assortment of wild grains. Super yumm. Plus it's garnished with wakame, coriander and shredded ginger too.

Another unique vegetarian comfort food creation concept by the creative minds behind Simple Life. I never knew that Ramen can taste so good when fried together with Bitter Gourd! Prepared by stir-frying Ramen noodles together with Bitter Gourd, there's also ample amounts of bean sprouts, organic bean curd puffs, black fungus, shimeji and shitake mushrooms; as well as lots of other organic veges lol

I love it that Simple Life uses healthy coarse non-treated brown rice vermicelli (bee hoon) for this dish. Tasty yet super healthy! With tomatoes, sour plums, salted vegetables, chilli padi bits, sliced ginger and multi-grain powder to form up the base of the super tasty soup, there's seriously no MSG or artificial flavorings involved. The organic soft bean curd and vegan fish's super tasty too...
