I have been having quite a lot of hair loss lately; and have been told that pure black sesame paste's good for ensuring healthy hair regrowth. At least, that's the information I gathered from health magazines and TV shows,lar.. Hey, no harm giving it a try right ? So I decided to sample out Tong Pak Fu's Sesame Cream paste hot dessert. Not too sweet, just perfect. Super loved it! lol

Hmmm... I'm not too sure why only Brown Rice Mee Sua is the only noodle option for this particular dish. Am guessing that probably the Ginger Soup base doesn't really go along well other types of thicker noodles! Served with or without fried egg, the noodles with generous doses of Shitake mushrooms, black fungus, Chinese spinach, shredded spinach and Goji berries. Super duper delicious lol

Well, as indicated in the dish's given title; the Ramen is fried spicy (Malay style). The spiciness factor comes from a special cashew nut curry paste used to fried up the Ramen noodles. There's lots of organic bean curd puffs, bean sprouts, black fungus, Shitake and Shimeji mushrooms, mixture of organic veges, chilli padi, tomatoes, shredded carrots and baby corns too lol

Another of my favorite "Set Meal" from their menu, definitely lol . Organic Bean Curd Hot Pot has in a hot pot the most delicious mix of organic bean curd, shitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, carrots, baby corns, sweet green peas and black chinese fungus ... all braised in the most delicious sweet-sourish Szechwan spicy sauce. Comes with a bowl of multi grained rice, soup and fruits lol

Another of my all-time favorite Organic Salads from Simple Life is their "Mango Salad". Featuring cubes of fresh sweet mangoes, lettuce, mixed organic cabbage, shredded sweet papaya, and served alongside tasty and delectable lemon sesame dressing and mango mayonnaise. It's really refreshing and delicious -probably the best Mango Salad ever, I reckon!
