Ginger Fish Slices Smile Dec 08, 2013
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood | Noodles

Another must try dish is Ginger Fish Slices (姜葱鱼片). This dish cooked with plenty of ginger slices and spring onions. Stir fried with fish slices and the gravy taste delicious. The fish slices were fresh enough presented a sweet taste. Quite a big portion for just RM 15 (S). For those who love to eat egg,

you can try this fried egg with long bean , a very homey taste with plenty of diced long bean selling a plate at RM6 (s) only. Extremely cheap!

Clay Pot Salted Fish Chicken Smile Dec 07, 2013

tongue I love food cooked in the clay pot as the taste very much difference compared wok stir fried. The smell just 'Boom' up when food serve right in front of you. It remains dish hot in temperature till the end. The Clay Pot Salted Fish Chicken full of flavor as the dark sauce mixture of hoi sin sauce , oyster sauce and a few drops of Chinese rice wine or Hua Tiau I guessed. Some crispy salted fish which cut into stripes for topping, chicken meat was smooth and tender .........very appetizing , definitely you need more rice for this awesome dish. Another dish was Homemade Soy Tofu, this soy tofu deep fried until golden brown and it had nice smell of soy, smooth and light in texture. It stir fried with Seng Gua (Petola) some prawns and mushroom slices too. Overall for this dish was delicious.

smile This Fish n Chips served in very big portion , it comes with some fries and spaghetti. The fish coated with bread crumb that fried until golden in colour super crispy , not oily and it's nice to eat with tatar sauce . The fries also not bad crispy outer and soft inside. For the spaghetti noodles was nicely done with the right texture and it tossed with some garlic herbs created a nice aroma, very inviting. The price is reasonable and yet you can get big serving

, good for value.

Wan Tan Noodles Smile Dec 07, 2013

Yu Yiee Restaurant is located very near to KDU and it facing Petronas Fuel Station . So is very easy to spot it. You can have Dai Chao after 4pm onwards but for breakfast and lunch you can have Mix Rice , Chicken Rice

, Pan Mee , Clay Pot Noodles , Pork Noodles, Wan Tan Noodles ,Bak Kut Teh and Western Food as well. Plenty of choices to choose for. I like the Wan Tan Noodles simply because the noodles springy in texture , top with well marinated roasted Char Siew , the meat soft and easy to chew., the black sauce merge in the aroma of roasted char siew giving a flavourful taste to it.
Of cause this comes with a bowl of clear soup with mince meat dumpling ( wan tan wrap) . The dumpling tasty enought as it added in some salted fish for better taste. The size of the dumpling slightly bigger compare other wan tan stalls I tried before. For a plate of Wan Tan Noodles cost RM5.50 (s) RM6 (m) and RM6.50.

泰式黄梨炒饭 Smile Dec 06, 2013

便宜才RM2.95 .
