tongue Restoran Kar Hiong very easy to spot as it facing main road. Always crowded with people as you can see this scene when passing by the road at Subang Jaya. Especially on weekend you actually need to wait to be seated. But the service here very fast and good. Food served to you less then 15 minutes.
I ordered Steam Lala with broth (上汤), I got a shocked when this dish served to me

 

 

 
as the Lala were huge and much more bigger size comparing other restorans. The Lala were perfectly cooked , fresh and have succulence flesh. The broth taste great . I sipped in all the broth without wasting as it yummy! Worth to try it , price just RM12 (s) .

smile Our first visit to this oreintal cuisine on the labour day. It situated in the heart of KL city , quite easy for us to find the resturant . Need to park your car inside The Royale Chulan Hotel parking bay. A cosy and simple in oriental style decoration. We were very honour to have VIP room there. By looking at their menu not many choice to choose for, you can order Sze Chuan set cuisine which

 

 

 
is now on promotion. We decided to order ala carte ~ Deep fried Chicken BBQ sauce, Beancurd Oatmeal ,wok stir fried Baby Kai and steam rice.
Deep fried chicken BBQ sauce with sesame, my kids love it very much as the outer of chicken very crispy and moist inside , 2nd dish was Beancurd Oatmeal, this dish was nicely done as the to fu not over cook crispy outer and soft texture inside with the aroma of light salted fish. The combination of Beancurd with cereal and curry leaves created a nice smell, very appetizing ,a must try recipe. Last dish was wok stir fried baby Kai Lan, my son who vegi rejector surprisingly tried and even asked for more on this vegetable. We were happy and satisfaction met for the day. We will surely be back for their signature dish Steam Fish. Good dishes and good service from the service crew.

很有气派的中华餐馆-燕窝宫~从入口到厅堂,餐座,各朝代王帝壁画像都会吸引着客人的眼光。除了这,还有一座人造小瀑布,也有小树的点缀,纳入了大自然的因素,在品尝热呼呼的steamboat 当儿也可听到水流声,给客人很淸凉的感觉。这里的火煱汤底有药材鸡汤,东炎和麻辣汤。我个人特别欣赏药材鸡汤,加入各种各样的鲜美材料后如:各式鱼丸,菜丸,海鲜类和新鲜蔬菜,汤头更鲜甜,再加入我的最爱鲍鱼片和羊肉切片,汤味更香浓。好料在后头,那就是燕窝宫主角~ 燕窝甜品,一人一份式,酘有雪耳,红枣和其它材料,而且是用了"蒸"煮法的秘方,是本店的特点,非常滋補。这是女仕们的最爱。燕窝宫最适合一家大小用餐的好去外,热恋的朋友们可帯女友品尝好料燕窝喔,养生又美顏,棒!

tongue 新豪景茶餐室 离我家很近所以会时常去光顾。这里有各种食档如,炒粿条,猪肉粉,板面,猪腸粉,云吞面,咖喱面和鱼滑粉等等,非常多的选择。这里的咖喱面Curry Laksa 我最为欣赏。咖喱香味浓郁也很入味。配着鸡肉丝,鲜嫩的鲜蛤,长豆角,还有自制三巴辣椒酱,增添香辣度,而豆卜充分的把咖喱汁完全吸入,当夾入口里时咖喱汁四射。哗!好吃。我必须叫大碗才能满足我。很赞!

tongue I love food cooked in the clay pot as the taste very much difference compared wok stir fried. The smell just 'Boom' up when food serve right in front of you. It remains dish hot in temperature till the end. The Clay Pot Salted Fish Chicken full of flavor as the dark sauce mixture of hoi sin sauce , oyster sauce and a few drops of Chinese rice wine or Hua Tiau I guessed. Some crispy salted fish which cut into stripes for topping, chicken meat was smooth and tender .........very appetizing , definitely you need more rice for this awesome dish. Another dish was Homemade Soy Tofu, this soy tofu deep fried until golden brown and it had nice smell of soy, smooth and light in texture. It stir fried with Seng Gua (Petola) some prawns and mushroom slices too. Overall for this dish was delicious.
