From the cafe name itself we can know that O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe selling sandwiches and they expected to serve their customer fresh, clean, nutritious and palatable in a hygienic, relaxing and comfortable surrounding based on contemporary Irish designs.Chicken Slice and Cheddar Cheese on Shambo @ RM 15.80++, served with fresh tomato, red onion, lettuce and honey mayonnaise. Overall is just nice, just i wonder why potato chips served together with the sandwiches since O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe aiming to provide customer healthy and nutritious food for their customers..however, the Shambo (A shaped toast) toasted just right enough on timing, the Shambo still warm and soft. With the aroma of cheddar cheese melted and spread over the chicken slide, crispiness of the well toasted shambo and juiciness of of both chicken slides and cheddar cheese.. a very good combination~the Shambo is cute enough and creative compare to the triangle or square shape of toasts.The Peach Blush blended with Peach, Strawberry, Banana, Orange Juice, Frozen Yoghurt and Crushed Ice @ RM 12.00++， pure and concentrated, just me myself dislike the taste of all these combination, kinda weird but my friend do like it very much. The overall selling price of O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe for their nutritious and healthy food and beverage are grossly high priced, but as they stated they are highly branded lifestyle chain cafe.

However, again~it's good to have a try!

Want to try out Heng Hwa Cuisine from very long time ago and found out that Putien Restaurant set up a branches at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

Putien restaurant located at Ground Floor of 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Old Wing. The overall restaurant setup is clean, bright and tidy.Putien restaurant is famour with their chilies called as Spice Mama 辣妈，you can eat with any of their dishes especially their Heng Hwa BeeHoon, you will definitely fall in love with this Mama if you love Chilies!We had ordered Drunken Cockle as our starter. The cockles were big and juicy topped with grounded garlic and chilies doused in wine-marinade, RM 9.90++ with the serving portion shown above...love this!The Deep Fried Duck with Yam, i think was over-fried and make it become too dry and hard to bite, the duck meat no more tender nor juicy, without any good taste of yam, put too high expectation on this since cost about RM 19.90++ per piece. Nothing much to say about this, just disappointed..nothing worth of paying so much for this! The Bamboo Herbal Prawn served with 2 prawns. The herbal soup was sweet and fragrance with the combination freshness of the prawns and Chinese herb and wine. Oh well, this is good As supplementary for body strength in traditional way, and this is just RM 8.90++ per serving. The 2 main courses we looking to try out for Heng Hwa Cuisine are just all about their Fried Heng Hwa BeeHoon and Putien Mee Sua. The Heng Hwa Bee Hoon really fine and chewy and infused with 10 sumptuous ingredients like calm, scallop, prawn, seaweed, vege etc etc but the peanuts become the signature ingredient to put with this dish, Heng Hwa Bee Hoon also as their crowd favorite for Heng Hwa people.

The Putien MeeSua is about the same as Fried Heng Hwa BeeHoon but cooked with MeeSua instead of BeeHoon with gravy style.The ingredient used is about the same with Fried Heng Hwa BeeHoon.You can get both of this with price of RM 15.90, RM 23.90 and RM 31.90 depends on the serving portion you would like to have.

Went for KLCC Craving for food and window shopping last 2 Saturday. Passed by the Tong Pak Fu Hong Kong Dessert Store located inside KLCC which nearby uniqlo and isetan, and yet we decide to try out the dessert for this branches.

The store set up not really big with few round tables and small lounge chairs.. with sharp color of wall paint as background, just simple set up on bar counter and cashier. We had ordered their best seller Chilled Mango Sago Creme with Pomelo 杨枝甘露 and Mango Snow Ice 芒果秋香. The Mango Snow Ice 芒果秋香 served with overlapping of snowflakes in mango flavor and mango syrup on top, together with side of jelly, popping jelly and honeydew in small round bites with the price of RM 11.80++ for big one and RM 8.80++ for regular one. Overall of this is nice and attractive for mouth wash after main course. However, for their best seller Chilled Mango Sago Creme with Pomelo 杨枝甘露, i'm totally disappointed with this, nothing special to talk about this, it is totally out of my expectation, the mango and pomelo tasted bitter, the sago creme was too milky until covered up the taste of Mango which as the main selling point of this dish... Don't feel worth to get this at RM 8.80++ per bowl... I still feel that the Chilled Mango Sago Creme with Pomelo 杨枝甘露 by Dragon-i nicer as compare to them.

The Wondermilk just located right opposite the Journal by Plan B. A brand new theme of 'cafe'. From the outlook and facade of the restaurant you can't guess that is a shop that selling cupcakes and their so called 'Wondermilk'.

The seating arrangement and decoration of their interior and exterior just simply art and casual without grand,costly or big reception counter，display cabinets,tables and chair, just simply 'grange' feel in my thought.The Wondermilk was recommended by the staff, with macadamia flavor added on. The Wondermilk tasted really nice as compared with others' flavored latte, milky and soft~ The selling price also quite reasonable, just with RM 7 ++ you can get yourself a cup of it whether in hot or cold with your choice.Since cupcake is the selling point of Wondermilk so i had ordered a foxy red velvet mini cupcakes to have a try. The cupcake is nice, soft and most preferable thing is the cupcake is not too sweet as compare to others!! But the selling price is little bit too high, RM 4.50++ for a mini cupcake which i believes a guy can swallow it with one bite!

However, it's a good try~~I like their Wondermilk so much until i want to order for the second one!♥♥♥♥♥

Journal by Plan B was opened by the Big Group which the group has several other restaurants like Ben's, T forty two, Canoodling, Rice米aurant and etc located at bangsar area the most.

Yet now they had opened another branches at Publika as for Ben's and Journal by Plan B and even their own Ben's Independent Grocer at the Upper Ground Floor of Publika which you can find a lot of interesting and imported goods and foods there, awesome!

Oh well.. back to the topic. Journal by Plan B @ Publika is one of my most visited place for my weekend breakfast since there are not that congested as other shopping malls and the restaurant environment is cozy and leisure for me to get satisfaction on my prerequisite for my relax morning!They provide a very big portion of their recommended Plan B Breakfast Platter with only RM 26++ you can get get 2 eggs in any style whether you want to have them poached, fried in sunny, scrambled milky, soft-boiled…etc etc… and your style of eggs will be served on toast, season with freshly ground black-pepper and salt anyway you want it. Usually i will want them poached so that i can dip my toast with the juicy eggs' yolk!! Imagine how great it is when you put them inside your mouth, crew and swallow it to your stomach!

With the platter you also can get 2 slices of turkey bacons, a crispy golden hash brown, well preserved and smoked chicken sausage, baked beans served with small container, sauteed mushrooms and roasted tomatoes served warm in temperature! Yumm yumm.. i like the crispy hash brown and smoked chicken sausage the most! 1 is NEVER ENOUGH for me! It seem like imperfection without a coffee for my breakfast right??? Here come with the a glass of complimentary fresh orange juice and A cup of tea or coffee of your choice which already included under the breakfast set!

Of course i ordered my favorite long black to complete my early morning breakfast for my lovely weekend morning! They even served their long black with slide of almond biscotti and brown sugar for your own sweetness,feel warm and intimate of their serving!

The overall is delighting and cozy meal. Just go to have a try~to cheer up your day!
