Hash brown OK May 11, 2013

Hash brown. I am a fan of hash brown and I did not failed not to take any hash brown when I see it at a buffet spread. Infusion Cafe served harsh brown in its buffet breakfast spread and I took two. The hash brown was deep fried to golden brown and it was extremely crispy, slight salty. The inner potato parts were still soft. However, it was quite oily and I had to stop eating after the second piece.

Miso soup OK May 11, 2013   (Related Review)

Miso soup. The miso soup came in a traditional bowl and I had made myself a habit to drink miso soup from bowl, not using the soup spoon. The miso soup had a little bit of spring onions, beancurd pieces and seaweed. I had to balanced up to soup to get a flavour soup. It was slightly salty and it tasted better if drink hot. The seaweed add further saltiness to it. The beancurd was smooth.

Spicy Yakiniku OK May 11, 2013   (Related Review)

Spicy Yakiniku. Since I had been eating the normal yakiniku in various restaurants, once I see that Kinsahi offered the spicy version, I went ahead with my order. The yakiniku came came with a lot of gravy, it was slightly spicy only. The beef slices were slightly over-done as some was a bit tough. Overall, it was salty and I had to eat together with rice. The salad was crunchy.

Sukiyaki OK May 11, 2013

Sukiyaki. The sukiyaki pot came with beancurd, beef slices, onions, glass noodles, spring onions and carrots. It has a raw egg for dipping too. I quickly remove the beef slices as I was afraid it was too cooked in the hot soup. The beef slices somehow was not too tender. The sukiyaki soup was sweet and full of essence of the ingredients. The beancurd was smooth and the glass noodles were soft.

Hot Lemon Tea OK Sep 01, 2013   (Related Review)

Hot Lemon Tea. Since I was early for my flight, I went to this Lavender Confectionery for a tea break session. Apart from the fruits salad, I ordered the hot lemon tea. A slice of lemon was being put inside the tea. This lemon slice was not too sour but it was very bitter. The more I squeeze the lemon juice into the tea, the more bitter it became. It ruined the flavour of lemon tea.
