Nasi lemak biasa OK Sep 28, 2013   (Related Review)

Nasi lemak biasa. The nasi lemak biasa came with hard boiled egg, anchovies and sambal. The nasi lemak was quite moist and sticky, not bad, at least it was not too dry. The anchovies were salty but not too crunchy. The sambal was salty and it was not too spicy. The portion of the sambal was a lot and it covered half of the rice. It was an average nasi lemak and nothing to shout about.

Teh Tarik OK Sep 28, 2013   (Related Review)

Teh Tarik. We came during Saturday morning and luckily we got a parking as the shop is located further down the busy area. The teh tark top part was full of thick layer of foam. The teh taste was not too strong though. I prefer teh taste to be strong. The sweetness was just nice as we opted for "kurang manis". The texture was light and it made a good morning drink. Average.

Tosai Biasa OK Sep 28, 2013

Tosai Biasa. My usual order would be tosai paper, since that morning I was lazy to use my hand on tosai paper, I ordered the tosai biasa. It was early morning and the chutney was not being prepared, slightly disappointed. I was given dhal and chicken curry. The tosai biasa was nicely made. The dark brown part was crunchy with some softness in it. It has higher amount of salt than other tosai.

Katsu Curry Udon Smile Sep 24, 2013

Katsu Curry Udon. It was lunch time and we do not know where to eat. When we passed by the main road, we saw Yamamomo and decided to give it a try. The katsu curry udon was value for money, it is worth the price. The chicken cutlet portion was generous and it was tender. The curry was sweet with strong Japanese curry taste. We were given in-house salad too which tasted delicious.

Tempeh and Beancurd OK Sep 19, 2013   (Related Review)

Tempeh and Beancurd. It was a challenge to find a parking space here during weekdays lunch hour abd we were very lucky that we got a place near the restaurant. The place was packed and we managed to find a table too. The beancurd was a normalnone that cooked in eggy broth. The beancurd was smooth and soft. The tempeh was cut into smaller pieces and had strong fermented smell.
