70% of the restaurant were full with diners past after 7pm. Luckily we went early and have placed our order. We were waited not more than 10mins, the arrival of the first dish.

This unappealing dish named Deep fried Bitter Gourd "Foo Gua Jar Dan", cost only RM8.00nett. Like a Japanese pancake in Chinese style. Initially, I was not intended to try this dish at all as I disliked Bitter Gourd due to its bitter taste but on the other hand, having my friends to finish the dish alone can be very challenging to them too. Hence, I just try to help them out a bit. To my surprise, I could not taste its bitterness as probably it was deep fried with bitten egg which covered the bitter taste. As a result of that, I ate quite a lot of this dish too as it has strong taste of fried egg instead. What a brilliant way to get rid of the bitterness.

We were the first group of diners arrived at the restaurant. It was before 7pm on weekend. Kindly note that there are very limited parking space hence, it is advisable to arrive early. We were ordering our dishes leisurely with the owner whom is also the Chief Chef. The Chief Chef was patiently explaining to us his recommendations.

We decided to have their signature Steamed Fish Head on garlics, cost RM24.00. The Fish Head served with some sliced chillies and topped with spring onions. When it was bringing out from the kitchen to our our dining table, I could smell the garlics aroma. The Fish Head was big in size and wrapped with a pool of garlics. Slurp!

The dish was not oily at all. Firstly, I have thought that we could not finish the fish head, but to my surprise, we did finish all. We had the best part of the fish meat that was at the part below the fish jaw and of course the belly, shown on P4 & P5 after we had finished the common areas. The P4 & P5 were silky smooth, soft, mouthwatering and full with omega.

Kindly bear in mind of the limited parking space in that area and it is quite dim during night.

Whenever we are here for dinner, this is another signature dish that we will not fail to order ie Fried Potato Starch (炒薯粉), cost RM8.00 for portion of 1 person. The portion can be shared by 2. It looks like Kuey Teow or flat noodles but this fried potato starch is rather starchy and slippery texture. It was fried with little prawns, pork, cabbage and dried shrimp which made the whole dish so tempting.

Do not expect nice ambience and interior, the business is operating in a house not even a shop lot. In terms of cleanliness, it is better to have lower expectation. I saw spider webs at the corner of the ceiling.

The next dish we had was their Signature Homemade Fried Bean Curd, cost RM8.00. The bean curd was fried till golden colour. I personally think the overall dish was taste normal and the score shall go to the homemade bean curd which is freshly made. A simple dish but worth a try!

One would not be able to find this food stall as it is not facing the main road as the main entrance is facing the back lane. There is no English signboard nor signage placed outside as well, hence, it is like a treasure hunt for the first timers. It has very limited dining tables, about 4 big round tables and 2 smaller round tables.

Every time we visited this food stall, we will surely order Fried Pak Gor (炒白粿) - The Pak Gor texture was soft and smooth, topped with spring onions and deep fried onions which added taste and smell to the dish.
