Returned to this restaurant again for dinner. The uncle has recommended us to try one of his speciality dishes, Sweet and Sour Pork "咕 嚕 肉" for a small size.The dish served with big onions and cucumber. The portion is good for 2. The flavoursome sweet and sour sauce made of sugar, tangy ketchup and rice vinegar with stir-fried pork in pieces was crunchy and very well-balance. I could hardly taste any fat in it which was non oiliness that tempted me to have it finished. Burp! continue reading
