I saw this item listed on in separate sheet located on the table. Spare Pork Ribs in Glutinous rice, cost RM5.80 for one before tax. The size is 4inc length 2inc diameter. More like a Dim Sum item to me.

Viola! I love it for its sticky texture of the glutinous rice and mouthwatering taste. While the Spare Pork Ribs was first marinated before inserted into the glutinous rice, wrapped with banana leaf to steam. The taste of the Spare Pork Ribs was soft in texture, sweet in taste, little bit of salty taste as well. When we opened the leaf, the steaming effect along with the banana leaf aroma came out which made it so appetizing.smile

I really enjoyed every single bite of it!tongue

This is the most affordable drinks we have chosen wisely, Logan with Winter Melon, cost RM10.80 a jar before tax. The portion can be shared with 3 adults. We both had more than 3 glasses each, very filling.

The drinks was not too sweet and just right for our sweetness level. It has many longan and winter melon other than the juice. After drinking it, felt so much of cooling effect in our body system.

Worth the price!tongue

The plain steam rice, cost RM2.00/bowl before tax. The portion is large for 1 person but not sufficient for 2 to share either.

The plain steam rice, used fragrant rice to steam. I never realised steam rice can be just as good. Another way to taste the fragrant rice in different way to cook. The steam rice is non sticky neither wet nor hard. The texture was not too soft either but in the range of soft hard. It gave me a new discovery of this steam rice.

Next it was this tasty and nourishing Double Steamed Soup with Pork Ribs and Yellow Cucumber, cost RM12.80 before tax. The soup served with red dates as well.

It was certainly a quality soup served at this restaurant. The bowl of soup full of yellow cucumbers, red dates and 5-6 pieces of pork ribs with meat. The concentrated soup tasted sweet. Felt so nourishing and feel good after having it.

Whenever I passed by Steam Room Restaurant (蒸心蒸意), at least there was 80%-90 full with diners. The interior looks exclusive and cosy ambience. Service is fast and floor staff are polite and alert as well.

We had Cold Bean Curd with Spring Onions, cost RM8.80 per plate before tax. The dish can be in Cold or Warm The dish was also served with deep fried onions and black thick sauce.

Oh dear, I could not imagine the dish turned me on although it is a simple dish and easy to prepare. In particular, the freshly deep fried onions made the dish fantastic good, it was not oily at all but the strong deep fried onion aroma and taste. The bean curd was smooth and soft in texture, really like having Tau Foo Fa. We both enjoyed the dish very much. Moreover, the dish is easy to digest.smiletongue
