I just can't stop myself from adding in crap while thinking of this superior standard, high-class seafood dishes.

I believe in the ancient days, only the royal family members are lucky enough to see dishes like this.

Let's start with the scallops on top. It's like the soup is pumped into the scallops, the special sweet taste of fresh seafood just make you feel like finishing all of them, that you can't, your table mate will not allow.

As for the rest of it like the sea cucumber and fish bladders, only one thought I had is it is closely comparable to the famous "Buddha Jump Wall" dish, only this one won't cost you that bomb.

Seriously, this Yee Sang has got the most thick pieces of fish of all Yee Sang I had in that particular year.

However, the rest of it are just standard.

So this going to be a standard Rainbow Yee Sang if it is not the fish, that completes the package.

Sorry I was too busy to take the signature duck dishes' photo but off all the kua jiong dishes, we're here for the roast duck.

Yes, roast duck has always been the signature dishes here, although the sign board says "Seafood Restaurant".

Their roast duck is fragrant, crunchy on the out side and juicy on the inside, but I still believe the secret is with their special sauce for the duck.

Although my review is for the chicken chop pepper lunch, but you really need to try the steak pepper lunch.

Can you imagine cooking your own steak?

There are 2 kind of sauces for you to choose, but you can take both sauces and try if it is your first visit.

I liked both the garlic sauce and honey sauce, it makes the meat especially good when taken with rice.

I have to mention this is a nutritious lunch that you have everything you need to gain the energy for the rest of your day, the egg, the vegetable, the rice, and of course, the meat.

Ah I feel like paying another visit to Pepper Lunch now.

Exotic! I've never tasted any lamb chop like this, it was still bubbling while the waitress delivered it on a grilled pan to our table.

The wild mushroom added so much value for the dish, just one bite and you'll feel like having a wild adventure, eating the food you just hunted.

And I just can't forget the taste of the sauce, which is another important ingredient for this superb lamb chop!
