Flower Balsom Ice cream  Smile Jun 06, 2012

Categories : Western variety | Café | Ice Cream / Froyo / Gelato

Went for ice cream at last after I had been bugging dear for nearly a week for ice cream in Haagen Dasz..So, we went there straight after our trip to Ipoh just to have this Flower Balsom Ice cream there

This ice cream cost us about RM 40 and I am entitled for a 5% discount since I have the Ambassador Card. em… a bit not worth since I left about RM 5 in order to get the 10% discount.. haiz.. next time I better look at the T&C first lol.

We can choose the ice cream we wanted as there are 6 scoops for us to choose. I choose of course the Rum & Raisins as well as a Belgium Coffee. While for dear, he chooses the Mango flavor, Macadamia Nuts, and another one we had forgotten.

The ice cream taste however is superb and is worth for that price.. and the service was extreme great as well. The ice cream texture is good and soft and it is also filling as well.

Spending per head: Approximately RM50

Red Snapper Combo Smile Sep 04, 2013   (Related Review)

As for the main, we had the Red Snapper Combo which is where the red snapper is being served to us. Freshly prepared and the fish is still alive, we had the sashimi red snapper which is just superb. The fish meat is just sweet as it is and eating it raw is just marvelous. The fish meat simply melts in our mouth with the sweetness fresh from the fish itself.

Not only that, after enjoying the red snapper raw, the chef will deep fried the fish bones giving us the crispy bites of the leftover fish meats and the bones. It is just crunchy at it is and the fresh meat is just superb. I am just falling in love with the red snapper combo which is worth for the value.

These snack is not only for sharing but you can enjoy it as your maincourse as well. We had the Japanese Chicken Sensation which is one of their best seller. The Japanese Chicken Sensation is perfectly well prepared with the large portion. The delights is being stuffed with chicken, crab meat as well as katsuobsuhi with it. Not to the sweet side but it’s portion is a large one which turns out to be our main course instead of desserts.
Price: RM 10.90

Kway Teow Lui Suan  Smile Aug 03, 2013   (Related Review)

Kway Teow Lui Suan is something different to try off. The dry style koay teow salad is simply something special which is worth to try off. The koay teow salad is just lovely where they have the minced chicken being served together and wrapped with the dry koay teow and some greenies. It is something special to grab off when you are visiting Thai Express.
Price:RM 8.90

九王雀巢泡班球 Smile Jul 07, 2013   (Related Review)

Stir Fried Red Garoupa Fillet with Yellow Chives served in Noodle Basket (九王雀巢泡班球) is what we had as well. The Garupo fish which is served together in the Noodle Basket is indeed good in the taste. The dish is indeed well presented beautifully with the crafted yam with it. The fish is fresh and well stir fried and I can felt the wok hei of the overall dish.
Price: RM 34.00 (S)/ RM 51 (M)/ RM 85 (L)
