Next to Gurney Plaza Penang is the Gurney Drive Hawker Center which is very famous among tourists. Food prices at the hawker centre is rather expensive but it is still busy with diners at night. At the stall 61 in the hawker centre, very nice pasembur is available. The end product of the pasembur consisting of prawn fritter, bean curd, fish cake and shredded cucumber drenched in some orange-ish sauce looked a little unpleasant but tasted very nice. The thick orange-ish sauce had a combination of sweet, spicy and nutty taste, indeed its taste combines the shadow of chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
