It came as a pleasant surprise that another commendable café has sprouted up at Kimberly Street, Penang. Located at one of the busiest street in Penang, Dessert Old Time Delight Shop was surrounded by many hawkers’ stalls, aiming to whip up a robust appetite among budget-conscious crowd. I wouldn’t consider myself is a Tong Shui person but this one really is a well-above-above-average Tong Shui!  Do not forget to miss out SeeGuo Tang when you are in Penang! A refreshing cold brew of gingko, longan, lotus seed and red bean! MUST TRY OK.
Highly recommended by my Penang friend. Food is affordable and quality, but of course, I'd recommend Penang Street Food anytime.
