2012年创立的Kürtős Spiroll卖的是一种被称为kürtős kalács的传统匈牙利烟囱蛋糕，因状似烟囱而得其名。这里的匈牙利烟囱蛋糕都是手工制作，烘培前需经过十六小时发酵以把香气和味道发挥至极限。多达十六中口味的烟囱蛋糕供选择，如太阳花籽、肉桂糖、香草杏仁和烟熏三文鱼等等。我的班兰椰丝烟囱蛋糕。外皮硬度脆感稍有，内在白皮部分则非常细致柔软。会嫌烘得不够热，冷了些而影响整体吃起来的味道。
