星期日早晨和爸、小妹到家附近的裕发美食中心(Joo Huat Restaurant)用餐。那里就是大路后出名的卤面所在地。里面生意很好,座无虚席,一看到有空出来的位子得赶紧跑去霸占才行。爸叫了卤面,小妹叫了粿条汤,我就叫了云吞面。之后,云吞面和一小碗汤就给端了过来,RM3.30一盘。对嗜炸的我,那一只炸云吞,把云吞面呈盘的样貌弄得很好看,看起来会觉得应该会很好吃。汤里面另放了两只软云吞。整体味道吃起来还好。黑油膏酱料偏甜,可调起来不是属于很黑很浓稠的那种,调制出来的酱料是不错吃的。有些云吞面会撒上一下猪油渣提香味,这档就没看到猪油渣的痕迹。青辣椒吃起来会让我觉得醋的味道还不够浸入味。那碗小汤的味道,我喝起来就真的觉得不太适合,感觉是肉骚味重了些。临回家前,借用了那里的厕所洗手,是男女共用的。里面还有些排泄物没被冲走。还好我是在用餐以后才去的,不然铁定会没胃口吃面。咖啡店里的卫生真的有待加强。

This is the famous loh mee stalls located at joo huat restaurant. There was plenty of people waiting to enjoy the loh mee no matter weekdays or weekend. Anyway, they serve the loh mee quite fast and efficient. The price is reasonable as it only cost Rm 3 for a small loh mee. The gravy of loh mee is very thick and sticky, starched with egg white.
