You can see the amount of "Chilli padi" they sprinkled on the top. Those chillies cannot be looked down seriously. Ayer Itam Cafe offers a variety of coffee style cuisine in Penang. It is located at Jalan Paya Terubong, Penang, Air Itam. Penang Assam LaksaPenang Assam Laksa is one of my favourite Malaysian hawker style food. The Penang assam laksa is cooked perfectly. The broth is full with fish flavour and it has a balanced taste of sweetnees and sourness. The noodles is not too firm or too soft. It is best eaten with "he koh" (shrimp paste). continue reading
