I felt like having some greens as a main course during dinner, so I opted for wild mushroom salad. When it was served, I immediately smell the sourness releasing from this dish. With a shaky hand, I put a spoonful into my mouth, and I was like .. regretted for ordering this dish. The vegetables were very raw, but crunchy. The wild mushroom was not the sauteed version, it was coated with vinegar. The vinegar was so sour until I found it hard to finish the dish. The sweetness exerted from the cash
