Vietnamese Beef Noodle soup.The noodle came with beef balls, beef pieces, beansprout and some parsley. The soup was filled with all the beef essence. Plus point that it was served hot, and the soup calmed down the stomach. The meat ball was solid and springy. The beef pieces were soft. The beansprout gave the noodle a crunchy texture. Overall, it was slightly salty and the green chilli paste added some spiciness to it.
