ton pei yaki is a dish with pork cheese cabbage wrapped in an omeletteit is served in a saucer pan which is hot so you need to beware when you are cutting it upthe omelette wraps the pork loin very well and it didn't even break shows how good the chef's skills werejust before it is served, the chef drizzles creamy cheese sauce over the egg but to be frank i actually didn't taste much of the cheese but more of the brown sauce if I am not mistaken it is teriyaki sauceit is actually quite delicious
